Refunds & Exchanges

Roots to Curls takes full responsibility for products that have been sent in error,  items unavailable at the time of packaging, and missing items.  Roots to Curls will issue refunds to the customer for these specific cases.

Damaged or defective products will be granted a refund on a case by case basis.  

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of package, after which no refund will be eligible. It can take approximately 14 days to process a refund. 

Due to hygienic reasons Roots to Curls will not accept exchanges.
