Refunds & Exchanges
Damaged or defective products will be granted a refund on a case by case basis.
Returns are not eligible on purchases that include but are not limited to the following reasons:
- items purchased in error,
- items that are no longer wanted, or
- items that are not picked up at the carrier location in the timeframe specified by the carrier.
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of package, after which no refund will be eligible. It can take approximately 14 days to process a refund once an eligible product is received.
Due to hygienic reasons Roots to Curls will not accept exchanges.
