Refunds & Exchanges

Roots to Curls takes full responsibility for products that have been sent in error,  items unavailable at the time of packaging, and missing items.  Roots to Curls will issue refunds to the customer for these specific cases.

Damaged or defective products will be granted a refund on a case by case basis.  

Returns are not eligible on purchases that include but are not limited to the following reasons:

  • items purchased in error,
  • items that are no longer wanted, or
  • items that are not picked up at the carrier location in the timeframe specified by the carrier.   
Please ensure you are choosing the correct product at the time of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of package, after which no refund will be eligible. It can take approximately 14 days to process a refund once an eligible product is received. 

Due to hygienic reasons Roots to Curls will not accept exchanges.
